HOW TO MEASURE

For the most accurate comparison, choose a T-shirt you already own that fits you well, lay it flat on a smooth surface and compare its measurements with the size chart above.

A. WIDTH

Measure straight across the chest approximately 1 inch below the armholes.

Do not measure all the way around the garment. The width shown in our chart is the measurement across the front of the T-shirt while laid flat.

B. LENGTH

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder near the collar straight down to the bottom hem.

C. SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from the center back of the neckline, across the shoulder and down to the end of the sleeve.

If your favorite T-shirt measures approximately 20 inches across the chest and 29 inches in length, a Medium Gildan 64000 will give you a similar starting point for comparison.

When between sizes, choose based on how you prefer your T-shirts to fit rather than relying on the size label alone.

Some heather, grey and specialty colors contain polyester to create their distinctive appearance and feel.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

A little extra care can help preserve both the garment and the printed design.

  • Machine wash cold
  • Turn garment inside out before washing
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Avoid fabric softener when possible
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly over the printed design
  • If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat
  • Do not dry clean

Washing in cold water and avoiding excessive heat can help protect the fabric, reduce unnecessary wear and extend the life of your printed design.

The measurements in our main size chart are garment measurements, meaning they are taken directly from the T-shirt while it is laid flat.

The width measurement represents the distance across the garment, not the full circumference of your body.

WHY CAN T-SHIRT MEASUREMENTS VARY SLIGHTLY?

T-shirts are sewn garments, so small differences can naturally occur during manufacturing.

Measurements should therefore be treated as approximate rather than exact to the fraction of an inch.
