At Genesis XII, we strive to provide reliable shipping and a smooth delivery experience for every order. Many of our products are made to order through our trusted production and fulfillment partners.

Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping, tracking, international orders and delivery issues.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer standard shipping to eligible destinations. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location, the items ordered and the fulfillment location.

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed and shipped are generally:

• United States: 5–14 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 7–21 business days
• New Zealand: 7–21 business days
• Asia and the Middle East: 7–21 business days
• Other International Destinations: 7–30 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes or other circumstances outside the control of Genesis XII.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as the delivery destination, products ordered, package size, weight and shipping method.

Genesis XII may occasionally offer free shipping, discounted shipping or other shipping promotions. Any applicable offer and its terms will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

Any additional customs duties, import taxes or international fees that are not collected at checkout are separate from our shipping charges.

3. Order Processing

Most Genesis XII products are made to order.

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, promotional periods, new collection launches or periods of high demand.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can use your tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment through the applicable carrier.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

5. Multiple Shipments

Genesis XII works with professional production and fulfillment partners within the United States to create and ship our products.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different fulfillment locations. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package or on different delivery dates.

Receiving part of your order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple packages after purchase.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Genesis XII ships to many locations within the United States and internationally.

However, certain products or destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, fulfillment limitations, local laws or temporary shipping disruptions.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to any destination where our fulfillment or shipping partners are unable to provide service.

If we are unable to fulfill or ship your order to the address provided, we will contact you using the contact information associated with your order.

7. International Shipping

Genesis XII ships to many international destinations.

International orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and the customer's destination.

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or GST
• Brokerage fees
• Handling charges
• Other fees imposed by the destination country

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Genesis XII does not control customs charges, import regulations or customs processing times.

We recommend checking your country's customs and import requirements before placing an international order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

International delivery estimates may also be affected by customs inspections or local postal services.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and entered correctly before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate:

• Apartment, suite or unit number
• City
• State, province or region
• Postal or ZIP code
• Country

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has begun.

Genesis XII is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or returned packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take care to work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners, but occasionally packages may be lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at genesisxiistore@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged item, if applicable
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with the applicable fulfillment partner or carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Please keep any damaged product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

10. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:

• Check around your property, mailbox or designated delivery area
• Check with members of your household
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
• Allow up to 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery

Genesis XII cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of packages that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier, but we will review each situation individually and assist wherever reasonably possible.

11. Shipping Delays

While we strive to provide a reliable delivery experience, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Genesis XII is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, holidays, labor disruptions or other unforeseen events.

If your shipment is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
